Effects of recombinant IL-37 treatment in IL-1R8-deficient mice

Mice received 1 µg of recombinant IL-37 at 24, 12 and 2 h before the induction of SCW-induced arthritis. Vehicle- and IL-37-treated mice were killed 24 h after the induction of arthritis.
