The phylogenetic tree was constructed using MEGA 5.0 by NJ method with 500 bootstrap replicates on a multiple alignment of 129 amino acid sequences of NAC genes from G. raimondii and GbNAC1. Schematic diagram of the conserved motifs were showed by MEME. Each motif is represented by a colored box and the black lines represent the nonconserved sequences.
