Successful use of one-promoter constructs with various promoters and GOIs. Strain CC-124 was transformed with the expression constructs from the indicated plasmids. In each case, 48 randomly chosen transformants were analyzed using a fluorescence plate reader as in Figure 2B, except that the excitation and emission settings appropriate for each fluorescent protein were used, as indicated.
