A: Quantitative RT-PCR showed that overexpression of miR-34a leads to a remarkable inhibition of the expression of Bcl-2 and SIRT1 mRNA. B: Western blot demonstrated a significant decrease in protein levels of Bcl-2 and SIRT1 in the cells with overexpression of miR-34a.
