Mice were transplanted with CD11b-TK^mt-30 bone marrow to generate chimeric mice. After recovery, they were treated with either ganciclovir (+GCV) or PBS (-GCV) and then implanted with intracranial GL261 gliomas. Two weeks later, brains were analyzed by cytometry.
