Virus was added to wells containing immobilized soluble receptor molecules or BSA (Mock) and detected by using specific primary and HRP-conjugated secondary antibodies. Bound material was visualized by the activity of HRP on the substrate 1,2-ortho-phenylene-diamine and quantified by absorbance at 490 nm. (B) Virus neutralization assays.
