Multistep growth curve of rLaSota and rLaSota/VP2 in cell culture. Monolayers of DF1 cells in 25-cm² flasks were infected with viruses at an MOI of 0.01 and incubated at 37°C in DMEM supplemented with 5% fetal calf serum and 1 μg of acetyl-trypsin/ml. Supernatants were harvested at 8-h intervals for virus titration. Values are from two independent experiments, each performed in triplicate. Bars show standard deviations.
