The 95th percentile ranges are presented for all but the Tanzanian and Cameroonian populations. For the Tanzanian study we estimated the 2.5th to 97.5th percentile using the mean ± 1.96·standard deviation. The 2.5th to 97.5th percentile range was not available for the Cameroonian study, so the range is presented.
Comparison by gender was not reported.
Women were reported to have higher values than men.
