(A) Recombinant monoclonal rhesus macaque IgG (MM IgG1–4) with minor contamination with dimeric IgG and purified polyclonal rhesus macaque plasma IgG (MM pIgG) were titrated for binding to the high affinity human FcγRI. Triplicates representative of two independent experiments are presented. (B) IgG samples were treated with PNGaseF (blue) or EndoS (red) to remove either all or all but the variably fucosylated GlcNac core of the Fc domain glycan. Triplicate dilutions are presented.
