Sphere-forming cell cultures of VX2 rabbit buccal carcinoma specimens. Stem cell suspension culture conditions produced sphere-forming-like cells using single-dissociated cancer cells derived from VX2 buccal carcinoma specimens. Most of the produced sphere-forming-like cells exhibit morphology of a well-defined circular shape.
