A & B. OVA or PBS was injected into the ocular anterior chamber (AC) of OVA TcR transgenic mice. 4 days after microinjection, single cell suspensions were prepared from the eye and percentage of CD4+ cells (A) and the number of Tregs (B) were determined by flow cytometry. C & D. Mice were treated as in (A) and single cell suspensions were prepared from the eye and draining lymph node. The percentages of CD4+CD25+Foxp3+ cells (C) and mean fluorescence intensity (MFI) of Foxp3 (D) were determined by flow cytometry. The percentages of Tregs are the ration to CD4+ cells.
