(A) 300 UMUC3 cells per well were seeded in 6-well plates with the indicated concentration of macrophage-conditioned medium in medium with 2% FBS. After 10 days, cells were fixed and stained. (C) UMUC3 colony assays as in (A) were done in macrophage-conditioned medium from stable scramble shRNA or OPN shRNA expressing Raw 264.7 cells. Quantification as in B, *p < 0.05.
