Human HSCs differentiate into Sox10⁺ glial-like cells. Images were obtained from the ouabain-exposed ear of a transplanted NSG mouse. Ouabain was applied to the right ear of the transplanted mouse and cochlear tissues from control (left) and injured ear were examined 7 days later.
