Effects of GO and NAM-rGO on mRNA expression of various genes encoding tight junction and cytoskeleton proteins.

Notes: MEFs were treated with 10 μg/mL of GO and NAM-rGO for 24 hours. There was a significant difference in the expression of Tjp1 and Cldn3 in NAM-rGO-treated cells compared to that in the untreated cells (Student’s t-test; *P<0.05). There was no significant difference between control and GO-treated cells. There was a significant difference in the Actr2, Actr3, Tuba1a, and Tuba1b expression in GO-treated cells compared to that of the untreated cells (Student’s t-test; *P<0.05). There was no significant difference between control and NAM-rGO-treated cells.
