In vitro transfection and expression results of Agm-CBA and Arg-CBA complexed with pDNA at weight ratios (pDNA:polymer) varying from 1:6 to 1:96.

Notes: The fluorescence intensity of FITC-labeled secondary antibodies connected to FANCF was observed by fluorescence microscopy (100×, scale bar 100 μm), and transfection efficiency was determined by flow cytometry 48 hours after gene transfection. The percentage marked as black represents the expression of FANCF, and the percentage marked as blue represents the silencing efficiency of FNACF (1 – expression of FANCF, transfection efficiency). Nonfluorescent MCF7 cell images were recorded under natural light as cell-density control.
