The miR-9600 activity is dicer dependent. (a) The mRNA levels of Dicer were examined via 1% agarose gel electrophoresis, and 18S rRNA was used as an internal control. (b) A549 and SPC-A-1 cells were transfected with either NC or si-Dicer. The let-7a and miR-9600 expression levels were assessed using quantitative reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction. The expression data were normalized to RNU6. Assays were performed in triplicate. *P < 0.001, Means ± standard error of the mean are shown. Statistical analysis was conducted using student t-test.
