Methylation Level Directly Influences DCL4^NLS TSS Usage in Transgenic Plants.

(A) Methylation analysis of the transgenic DCL4 promoter in independent transgenic lines, including ProDCL4:DCL4-mCherry, whose expression is depicted in Figure 2F, compared with the endogenous promoter of wild-type Col plants, measured by sequencing of bisulfite-converted DNA.
