Each analogue (10 μM) was incubated for 30 min with 10 nM of the indicated cDNA-expressed P450 in 100 mM potassium phosphate pH 7.4 and an NADPH regenerating system. Metabolite formation was measured by triple quadrupole uHPLC-MS/MS (A.i–A.iv) or uHPLC-UV (B). Data represent the mean ± SEM for three independent experiments.
