Culture medium was MS +2.5 mgL⁻¹ 2, 4-D + 1.0 mgL⁻¹ kin + 0.3 gL⁻¹ L-proline + 0.4 gL⁻¹ CH + NaCl. For each NaCl concentration, number of used callus was 75 in 3 replications and in a column the mean values followed by same letter (s) are not significantly different at p < 0.05 according to DMRT.
