Immunizations with OSTAB S54-OVA or KBMA S54-OVA vaccines allow Ova-specific CD8+ T cells tumor infiltration and change the balance between effector and regulatory T cells within the tumor. Mice were immunized according to the schedule depicted in Figure 2a. Tumors were harvested at day 21.
