Splenocytes were plated out and the following stimuli were added as indicated: J8 (10 μg/ml) or media alone. 72 hours post-stimulation, supernatants were isolated and levels of secreted chemokines or cytokines were assayed using a cytometric bead array (see Materials and Methods). Statistical analysis was performed using a Student’s t test (ns, p > 0.05; *p < 0.05; **p < 0.01).
