Significance levels are shown between cell cultures treated with anti‐TLR4 antibodies or with control rabbit IgG (ctrl Ab). Data are from the eight donors also depicted in Figure 1C and D. Data were obtained in four experiments with two donors each (total eight donors). Paired investigations were made with the Wilcoxon test.
