Perception Body Weight Drill
(3x 10 s)
Instruction:
Lean forward towards the toes and backward towards the heel, thereby identifying where the pressure is located.

Bouncing in Place Drill
(3x 10 s)
Instruction:
Bounce lightly on the ball of the feet without leaving the ground, brushing the ground with the heels.

Fall to Wall Drill
(10 reps)
Instruction:
Fall from the hips, keeping the body in a straight line, with knees and ankles in the same position throughout the fall (lifting the heels).
