HT115 containing empty L4440 was fed as a control. p53, JNK, and p38/MAPK pathway are involved in SM down regulating over-activated Ras. Data is presented as the mean ± SD of at least three independent experiments. Bars with different letters indicated that there was a significant difference at a level of 0.05 among groups.
