Conditioned medium (CM) from cultures of oxygen-glucose deprivation (OGD) activated BV2 and microglia (MG) stimulates glial cell-derived neurotrophic factor (GDNF) production by bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells (BMSCs). (A) BV2 or (B) MG cells were exposed to OGD for 4 h before the addition of CM to BMSCs.
