GDNF helps to maintain mitochondrial membrane potential (MMP) and inhibit neuronal injury induced by OGD. (A) Western blot showing GDNF up-regulates B cell lymphoma 2 (BCL2) and heat shock 60 kDa protein 1 (HSP60) protein levels in neurons after OGD. Actin is used as an internal control.
