(c) Ultrasonographic (US) image shows an ill-defined hypoechoic mass. (d) Sagittal magnetic resonance (MR) subtraction image shows a region of architectural distortion with nonmasslike enhancement. Biopsy revealed a 6-cm invasive lobular carcinoma.
