Intra-CeA administration of the HCRT-R1 antagonist, SB-334867, reduces cocaine self-administration in long access rats under a fixed ratio (FR1) schedule of reinforcement. The bars represent mean number (+ SEM) of cocaine infusions during the first hour of a six-hour cocaine self-administration session.
