Table 1. Highly-sulfated CS/DS P30 GAGs purified from Dcn−/− and wild-type mice.

Chondroitin ACI lyase digested highly-sulfated Dcn−/− and wild-type CS/DS GAGs were fractioned on a Superdex Peptide column. The column was calibrated cytochrome C to determine V0 and glycin to determine Vt. Data represent CS/DS of 6 pooled skin.
