Chondroitin ACI lyase digested highly-sulfated Dcn^−/− and wild-type CS/DS GAGs were fractioned on a Superdex Peptide column. The column was calibrated cytochrome C to determine V₀ and glycin to determine V_t. Data represent CS/DS of 6 pooled skin.
