Transient absorption spectra at different time delays between pump and probe pulses of the In2O3-x(OH)y samples excited with near-band-gap (405-nm) light: (A) in Ar, 0.657-mJ cm−2 incident fluence; (B) in CO2, 0.445-mJ cm−2 incident fluence; (C) in H2, 0.643-mJ cm−2 incident fluence The data gap centered at ∼1.53 eV (809 nm) is due to the strong residual laser fundamental in the probe beam, which led to poor data within this region.
