GO assignments for all assembled unigenes in P. alkekengi and P. peruviana. The results are summarized in sets of three functional categories: cellular component, molecular function, and biological process. 30,689 and 25,751 unigenes from P. alkekengi (magenta) and P. peruviana (cyan), respectively, were categorized by GO categories. The GO categories were displayed using WEGO (http://wego.genomics.org.cn; Ye et al., 2006).
