AD169_IE2-YFP was incubated with MRC5 cells at 4 °C followed by addition of Cytogam, an isotype control or anti-gH mAbs 10C10 and 5C3. Following an additional incubation at 4 °C, cell/virus/antibody were transferred to 37 °C. Infection levels (grey bars) were measured at 16 hpi and compared with virus prep that had been pre-incubated with mAbs before exposure to cells (black bars). Experiment was performed in technical triplicate and was replicated four times. S.d. is depicted for all experiments.
