Mitotic progression is stimulated by the destruction of securin, triggered by APC/C^CDC20; and cyclin B, which is initiated by APC/C^CDC20 and APC/C^CDH1. APC/C^CDH1 replaces APC/C^CDC20 with CDC23 and CDC14B take part in, and mediates the downstream ubiquitination such as cyclin B and geminin.
