Still images from the single-shot recording in response to the same pulse in Fig. 4 projected onto a 2D 80 Hz InGaAs camera. Frames 1–4 capture the first 50 ms of the field and its spatial diffusion throughout the solution while frames 5–8 begin at t=190 ms and capture the completion of the pulse and its recovery to equilibrium. Frames are separated by 12.5 ms. The reflection intensity in the stills is normalized to that without stimulation.
