Accumulation of nectin-1 at cell contact in the presence of immobilized purified nectin-1. B78-CXG10 cells expressing nectin-1-GFP were seeded for two hours on glass that had been pretreated with PBS or the indicated purified proteins. Cells were cultures overnight before fixation.
