This example is from a biofilm which was grown with artificial saliva medium and 10% serum (anaerobe) (A) after 4 hours of biofilm growth and (B) after 6 hours of biofilm growth. This example was cultured from inoculum from a clinically high-fluorescent, high-bleeding on marginal probing participant. The dark line on the bottom of the image is the border of the channel.
