The outmost two rings showed CDS features in blue boxes on both the plus and minus strands. CDS with no annotations represented hypothetical proteins. The clustered transfer RNA genes were abbreviated as Gln (glutamine), Arg (arginine), Leu (leucine), Ile (isoleucine), Asp (aspartic acid), Cys (cysteine), Asn (asparagine), Pro (proline), Gly (glycine), Phe (phenylalanine), Glu (glutamate), and Thr (threonine). The black ring showed the GC content of the phage C11 genome. The inmost ring showed the value of GC skew, green color standing for positive and purple for negative.
