The mRNA and protein expression of CXCL2 in wild type and Cys F KO mice after 4-week cuprizone treatment. RNA and protein were isolated from brain tissues of untreated wild type mice and 4 week-cuprizone feeding wild type and Cys F KO mice, respectively.
