Effect of STLC on cell survival after paclitaxel treatment. (A) Bulk cell growth after drug treatment. Two thousand or 2 × 10⁴ cells were plated into each well of 24-well plates, treated with appropriate drugs for 48 h, and incubated for a further 5–7 days in fresh medium. Upper two rows represent cells treated with paclitaxel alone and lower 2 rows represent cells treated with paclitaxel and 1 µM STLC. (B) Cell survival immediately after paclitaxel and STLC treatment for 48 h measured using the WST assay (see Materials and Methods).
