Effects of Humulus japonicus (HJ) on the mRNA expression of (A) tumor necrosis factor-α (TNF-α), (B) interleukin-6 (IL-6) and (C) interleukin-1β (IL-1β) in APP/PS1 transgenic (Tg-APP/PS1) mice. RT-qPCR was performed to detect the mRNA levels of TNF-α, IL-6 and IL-1β in the cortex tissues of 7.5-month-old non-Tg control (Non-Tg), vehicle-treated Tg-APP/PS1 (Tg-Con), and HJ-treated Tg-APP/PS1 (Tg-HJ) mice. ^*p<0.05 and ^**p<0.01, significant differences from the indicated group, as shown by one-way ANOVA, followed by Turkey Kramer's post hoc test. Data are presented as the means ± SEM.
