Following starvation (ST) and recovery (REC), S6K phosphorylation recovered although was less in GCase KD cells (n = 5). (B) CBE-treated cells presented decreased phopho-S6K levels under basal conditions and the recovery was less than in untreated cells (n = 3), (C) Lyso ID fluorescence measurements detected a significant decrease in acidic functional lysosomes in GCase KD cells (n = 3).
