Tofacitinib inhibited secretion of proinflammatory cytokines. Levels of interleukin-6 (IL-6) (a), IL-12 (b), IL-23 (c), IL-10 (d), IL-1β (e), and tumor necrosis factor-α (TNF-α) (f) in supernatants containing each DCs subset were determined by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). The representative results of three independent experiments with similar findings are shown. Statistical testing was performed using the Mann-Whitney test.
