Including one methicillin-resistant S. aureus
Other isolates were: Providencia rettgeri (10), Morganella spp. (6), Staphylococcus saprophyticus (1), alpha-hemolytic streptococci (14 including one S. viridans), beta-hemolytic streptococci (3) and Trichosporon spp.(2)
Frequency of each uropathogen among different age groups was analyzed by the Chi-square test.
CoNS – coagulase negative staphylococci.
NFGNB – non-fermenting gram negative bacilli.
