Effect of MeHg on cell cycle regulatory genes in ihNPCs. Quantitative real time polymerase chain reaction (qPCR) analysis of p16, p21 and p53 mRNA expression levels performed on RNA extracted from ihNPCs treated with 0 nM, 10 nM and 50 nM MeHg, respectively. β-Actin was used for normalization.
