On day 21 after adoptive transfer Rag2^−/−_ɣc^−/− mice treated with CHM1³¹⁹-TCR-transgenic T cells (study group) show significantly lower numbers of liver metastases on the organ surface in contrast to mice receiving no T cells (control group 1, p=0.006) and mice receiving unspecific T cells (control group 2; p=0.03). There is no statistical difference between both control groups. N.s., not significant.
