A-B. An in vivo glioma model was established by injection of GL261 cells pre-transfected with scrambled shRNA (negative control, NC) or Piezo2 shRNA. Tumor volume was daily detected using a caliper and calculated by the formula: 0.52 × [width]2 × [length] (A, n=6 animals per group). The tumors were weighed immediately after isolation from mice. Tumor weight was plotted between the two groups (B, n=6 animals per group). Ki67 staining was conducted to detect cell proliferation. A representative image and statistical result was shown.
