Effect of reduced glutathione levels on the H2O2-induced [Ca2+]cyt elevations [Ca2+]cyt was measured by luminometry as described in “Materials and Methods.” Seven-day-old reconstituted seedlings were incubated for 4 to 6 h in 10 mm BSO or water (control) and transferred individually into plastic cuvettes.
