Cells were exposed to drug for 30 min at 4°C, washed and incubated with media for 15 min, 5 h and 24 h at 37°C (rows 1, 3-4). Fluorescence images of NDL cells treated with free Dox and co-stained with LysoTracker® Blue (red and green colors, respectively, row 2).
