Circular plasmid (cp) ideograms were drawn with Circos 0.69, circular plasmids are not drawn to scale. Annotation data was derived from the NCBI Prokaryotic Genome Annotation Pipeline. Proteins annotated as hypothetical (blue), lipoprotein (red), known function (pink), or plasmid partitioning (green) are indicated. Also shown are pseudogenes (black), the silent vls cassettes (light blue) and GC skew (orange lines), lp5 was only present in MN14-1420. lp28-10 is ~4 kbp shorter in MN14-1539.
