Mice bearing UMUC3/3T3 tumors of volume 300 - 400 mm³ were either treated with 100 mg/kg CA4P + 125 μCi ⁹⁰Y-LCP or left untreated (n = 10). When tumors reached ~800 mm³, half of the mice from each group (n = 5) were treated with 1.5 mg/kg CDDP formulated in LPC nanoparticles on two consecutive days. A) Tumor volumes recorded daily.
